Guilt FREE - Answer

The answer to never having or feeling guilt or condemnation EVER again in your life is this……………….

STOP Judging others!

Start looking at EVERYONE you see as Redeemed!

When you Judge others you Judge yourself! When you condemn others you condemn yourself! When you see others as GUILTY you will see yourself as GUILTY!

This NEVER FAILS! I have seen people who were loaded with guilt stop judging others and in a short period of time these same people start becoming confident and at peace! How do I know this? Because I am the one! And many others who frequent here have had the same experience. When we release others then we are released! So if you have any judgment for others today I can guarantee you also hold some amount of self-condemnation and guilt within yourself. Now you may say that is not so but I know you! Because I am you!

The Real Victory

Many of us have lived for many years listening to some preach the impending judgment of God……the God of love. Some of us have determined to search out the truth concerning the fear based threats that hang over our heads from such preaching. In doing so and in expressing our hearts we sometimes encounter a great deal of rejection. It is often disheartening.

Mercy triumphs over judgment. If that is true then we all have great hope.

I have watched a sister at another site boldly, yet lovingly and patiently, take her stand on the side of grace and mercy over a certain amount of preaching that seeems to be more based in legalism and fear based judgment than in the grace and mercy of God. It is not easy to stand for what you believe against those who see God as angry and think it is there place to warn the world about it. So often these prophets of doom cannot stay at one place for long. They soon wear out the saints (and anyone else withing earshot) and in the process they wear themselves out also and must move on for the sanity of everyone. They too are victims of fear.

Yet we are supposed to be resting in Christ. Hmmmm.

We all have had our own struggles with legalism to one degree or the other. Maybe it is God’s way of bringing us to the end of ourselves.

To me the greatest sign of the true victory of the cross is to see the rest Christ brings to people. And the only thing worth working for is to bring rest to others and resist those who refuse to grant rest….and yet doing it in love even for those who resist us the most.

Pam, grace and peace to you…..and rest too.

Every Knee Shall Bow!

As I live says the Lord, Every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall give praise to God. Rom 14:11

I used to read this and I was convinced that these were the knees of those who lived their lives choosing not to believe that God could really love us as much as he does.  I prided myself on not being one of those who would need to bow down before God at some later date because I was convinced that I already believed in his awesome grace and understood how deep his love was.  And then a funny thing happened, I was reading a book called “Furious Pursuit” by Tim King & Frank Martin.  In the last part of the book they list some sacred vows that God (the bridegroom) wants us to hear from his heart to ours.  They are very simple and at first I didn’t put much into their profound meaning to my heart.

Here they are:

  1. I have always been there for you, and I always will be.
  2. I will walk with you forever—-just the two of us.
  3. I will always understand you.
  4. I will always be kind to you.
  5. You will always be my own personal concern.
  6. I love you.  I always have, and I always will.

Now here is the strange thing.  After mulling these over in my mind I found myself asking “Is God that loving?”  “Can he really accept me with all my flaws?”  “Don’t I have to do something to at least show him I love him?”  And then I found myself going back to read these vows over and over again, and I began to weep, not because of how great his love is, but because I realized that his love is so great that as long as I am a human in the flesh I will never really be able to comprehend his love for me. Then it struck me that until we lose this body of clay that is so subject to weakness of all kinds we will never truly be able to appreciate everything God really is to us.

Yes, I do believe in God’s Love for all mankind, and I want others to believe it too, but I also know a time is coming for all of us when we will shed this body made from dust and we will see God with clarity for the first time, and when that happens we will all bow our knees and give the truest form of praise that we have ever given.  We will be witnessing the brightness of his glory and we will be doing it without all our questions, and doubts, and divisions, and weaknesses of our flesh.

And at least for me I think I really know now what Paul met when he said:   “Why do you pass judgment on your brother? Or you, why do you despise your brother? For we shall all stand before the judgment seat of God; for it is written, “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall give praise to God.”

I have worked so hard NOT to judge my brother, and I will continue to do that, but now I also realize NO human being can really fathom how unbelievable God’s love is for us.  Yes, that means me too.  And guess what?  It feels great to know that as much peace as I feel right now, it’s even going to be greater, grander, and beyond my wildest imaginations.

The challenge we each have while we are still in the flesh is to trust his love.  His love is trustworthy, and even when we struggle with that trust He is greater then our heart and the day will come when He will take away all our doubts.  I am going to read those simple vows more often, and when my time comes to lay down this tired old body of flesh, closing my eyes for the last time, I will be bowing my knees for the first time in perfect praise of my loving God.

God Is NO Longer Your Sovereign

According to Answers.com this is a Sovereign: One that exercises supreme, permanent authority, especially in a nation or other governmental unit, as:

  1. A king, queen, or other noble person who serves as chief of state; a ruler or monarch.

Jesus said here: John 15:15 I no longer call you servants, because a servant does not know his master’s business. Instead, I have called you friends, for everything that I learned from my Father I have made known to you. If God is your Sovereign then He is NOT your friend He is your RULER! And according to Jesus He is NOT your Sovereign but your FRIEND! Grace & Dis-Ease Geo

Meet The Four Horsemen

Death Bruce:

I see Bruce as one who understands FULLY that it is only though the DEATH of our “personal faith” that we can TRULY know who Jesus is and what it means to have faith and that not of ourselves. A faith that most never explore to its full meaning. Bruce understands that his and our faith will always FAIL. And that if the issue of faith matters to a loving Father then it has to be the faith of someone who’s faith NEVER fails or failed! So my prayer today for all of you reading this is that your faith would come to and end and that all of your beliefs would fail and that you would come to know FAITH and that FAITH is not yours but God’s in Christ

Disease Geo:

I see myself as one who’s message puts others a lot of the time at dis-ease. And that dis-ease infects the mind. It is like a seed that begins to cause death and in the end death is what causes LIFE to spring forth. So when you meet me and I put you at dis-ease some of the time just know that all I want is to see you DEAD! And not you physically but death to your thinking and thoughts about your “personal belief and faith” having an effect on your Redemption to the Father.

Pestilence Cliff:

Answers.Com defines Pestilence this way - A usually fatal epidemic disease.
And this way: A pernicious, evil influence or agent
Cliff and the message he puts to others is a fatal and epidemic disease. His message of BOLD GRACE is FATAL to the mind of The Legalist and to those who think they have to perform in order to be kept and loved by God. He is also considered by those of Moses as a perconious evil influence or agent! And to them he IS! But to us who love Grace & Peace he is a shining beacon of love and acceptance.

Famine Steve:

Always save the BEST for last! Steve is one who has seen the fatness and gluttonous behavior of most of the religious world today. And he is one who as far as I can tell seeks to STARVE TO DEATH all those thoughts and actions that have hurt and damaged those whom God created. And after they have lost ALL of the fatness of self and “personal belief and faith” Steve invites them to eat of the Grace and Peace of God in Christ! He is truly a Table Server and the thoughts and words he talks and writes are like the freshest wines and foods on earth today.

So know you know of The Four Horsemen who will be posting at BOLD GRACE and I hope you all are INFECTED with disease and die. May pestilence and famine over take you and may you be raised to understand your TRUE NATURE! Which was in Christ from the foundation of the world!

Riches of His Grace

From “Tableserver” a few months back…….

Continuing the theme that many “believers” have not seen the greatly abundant grace that has been lavished upon the undeserving I simply offer several of the writings of Paul.

Please, those who hate reading the bible and proof-texting, bare with me as it is only my desire to demonstrate what a vast, and unfortunately too often neglected, supply of grace is available to the world through the grace of God and the work of the cross and that the evidence of it is right there in the bible.

In Him we have redemption through His blood, the forgiveness of our trespasses, according to the riches of His grace which He lavished on us. In all wisdom and insight He made known to us the mystery of His will, according to His kind intention which He purposed in Him with a view to an administration suitable to the fullness of the times, that is, the summing up of all things in Christ, things in the heavens and things on the earth. In Him (Eph 1:7-10)

Here again we see how God has lavished His grace upon us and that it is called “the riches” of His grace.

I pray that the eyes of your heart may be enlightened, so that you will know what is the hope of His calling, what are the riches of the glory of His inheritance in the saints, (Eph 1:18)

Here Paul prays for those at Ephesus, to whom he preached to have the eyes of their hearts see “the riches” of the glory of His inheritance in the saints.

But God, being rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our transgressions, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), and raised us up with Him, and seated us with Him in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, so that in the ages to come He might show the surpassing riches of His grace in kindness toward us in Christ Jesus. (Eph 2:4-7)

This again reaffirms that God is “rich in mercy” and points out that it applies “even when we were dead in our transgressions”. Also notice that His grace is not just riches but surpassing riches or as the KJV says, exceeding riches.

To me, the very least of all saints, this grace was given, to preach to the Gentiles the unfathomable riches of Christ, (Eph 3:8)

Here Paul calls it ” the unfathomable riches of Christ”. The Greek word here for unfathomable means “not tracked out” or untraceable. We need to dig into the depths of this grace to truly see how abundant it really is, rather than devote so much time as to why people don’t deserve it. In doing so we will discover that it is untraceable and that we cannot come to the end of it.

For this reason I bow my knees before the Father, from whom every family in heaven and on earth derives its name, that He would grant you, according to the riches of His glory, to be strengthened with power through His Spirit in the inner man, so that Christ may dwell in your hearts through faith; and that you, being rooted and grounded in love, may be able to comprehend with all the saints what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge, that you may be filled up to all the fullness of God. Eph 3:14-19)

Again Paul describes the “riches of His glory” and prays for the Ephesians to “comprehend the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ which surpasses knowledge”.

Of this church I was made a minister according to the stewardship from God bestowed on me for your benefit, so that I might fully carry out the preaching of the word of God, that is, the mystery which has been hidden from the past ages and generations, but has now been manifested to His saints, to whom God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory. We proclaim Him, admonishing every man and teaching every man with all wisdom, so that we may present every man complete in Christ. (Col 1:25-28)

Paul here describes how “God willed to make known what is the riches of the glory of this mystery among the Gentiles, which is Christ in you, the hope of glory”. Notice who he is admonishing, teaching and presenting as perfect in Christ…..every man.

Can you see how often Paul had to go beyond the word riches and add additional descriptive adjectives to get across what he wanted to say concerning God’s grace?

Oh how much the eyes of modern day believers need to be opened to the surpassing greatness of the power of God’s grace and be freed from the blindness of their own self-righteousness, a self-righteousness that, in their minds, deprives others of grace this untraceable, exceeding grace.

Why The Institutional Church is NOT Working!

Yes, you heard me right.  The organized church as most people know it just does not work.  Oh, I’m not saying there’s not a lot of good done, but let’s be real, there are many great clubs and organizations that do a lot of good.  And let’s also be real in admitting that the organized church as most know it is responsible for an enormous amount of division in the human race.

Matt 12:25  Since Jesus knew what they were thinking, he said to them, “Every kingdom divided against itself is ruined. And every city or household divided against itself will not last.

Christ makes it abundantly clear that no kingdom, no city, no household can have any lasting effect if it is divided, and the organized church as most know it is as divided as it gets.  The organized church preaches peace to the world and yet it knows no such peace.  The organized church is full of judgement, condemnation, and guilt all based on what each particular church organization deems important.  The reason Christ came was to redeem man from the bondage of religion.  Man’s thirst to understand good and evil (from the garden) led him into the thinking that he needed to do something to be OK with God.  Sin is not our problem.  As long as we think we must obey some law to be acceptable to God we will continue to divide into ruin. Gal 4:4-6  4 But when the fulness of the time was come, God sent forth his Son, made of a woman, made under the law, 5 To redeem them that were under the law, that we might receive the adoption of sons. 6 And because ye are sons, God hath sent forth the Spirit of his Son into your hearts, crying, Abba, Father. Who does Paul say sent forth the Spirit of his Son into our hearts?  God did!  And just who has the right to call out “Abba, Father?”  Every single human being that Christ died for, and that is EVERYBODY.

Eph 4:6 One God and Father of all who is over all and through all and in all.

He is THE FATHER OF ALL, He is OVER ALL, He is THROUGH ALL, And He is IN ALL!!!!!!!!In the early church even some of the apostles were beginning to cause division by their need to keep religion alive, and Peter had to be shown in a dream that it was wrong for anyone to call unclean that which God has cleansed.Acts 10:15 Again a voice came to him a second time, “What God has cleansed, no longer consider unholy.”What God HAS cleansed—this statement is talking about a fact of reality that took place on the cross when Jesus said he would draw all men unto himself.  He broke down the dividing wall of hostility, and unfortunately man keeps trying to put it back up.  Why can’t we admit to the overwelming evidence that the church as most people know it is FULL of division?  Until we realize our ONENESS is not something that happens when we do something, but it is an established reality because of what Christ did, we will continue to create more division among the human race.  I for one will not take part in that division.  I accept fully the finished work of the cross, knowing that the playing field has been leveled.  Any righteousness we have is HIS.  Any good thing we do is because of HIM.  Any peace we enjoy is a result of HIS sacrifice.  To HIM belongs all the Glory.  Amen
