See The United Human Race!

I say "See the United Human Race" because I believe we already are united but for some strange and terrible reason we humans prefer a separatist life.  Why won’t we BE what we are, and that is UNITED.  Our individual beliefs are not what unites us.  If that is true then the pray of Jesus would have no possiblity of being real.  He prayed that we might be one as He and the Father are one.  The reality of our creation is that WE ARE ONE, but we are blinded to this great truth as a result of our desire for the knowledge of good and evil (religion).   Every religion that mankind is involved in has one thing in common and that is divisiveness, and Christianity has caused more division then any other.

This divisiveness that is glaring at us (and yet we seem to be blinded by it) is always over a difference of opinion about God.  Christians teach everyone is going to hell but them, Muslims teach that all that do not swear allegiance to their God is an infidel, and the same thing follows with all the religions of the world.

This divisiveness is at all levels of human involvement with each other.  Recently someone that we here at Boldgrace had been interacting with removed our site from their blogroll.  I can only assume that something was said on our site they didn’t agree with so they chose to simply cut us out of their life.  This really saddens me, not because they disagreed but because they chose to reject us.  This is exactly why we have war, hatred, division, biggotry, discirmination, etc, because someone disagrees and then uses what power they have to reject and even destroy the person they disagree with.

I want so much for the human race to see how beautiful we are to God.  He made each of us and placed in our hearts His perfect love.  As long as we keep listening to those who would divide us we will never see the beauty that is ours to behold.

Ps 139:13-17
13 For you created my inmost being; you knit me together in my mother’s womb.
14 I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
15 My frame was not hidden from you when I was made in the secret place. When I was woven together in the depths of the earth,
16 your eyes saw my unformed body. All the days ordained for me were written in your book before one of them came to be.
17 How precious to b me are your thoughts, O God! How vast is the sum of them!

I choose to see the united human race.  I choose to love every human regardless of how much I might disagree with their choices or lifestyle.  I choose to believe the process God has placed us all in is PERFECT, just as He is perfect.  We can choose to believe the illusions of religion or we can choose to believe God created us to be UNITED.  What will you choose?

To see us all united is to see us through the eyes of our heavenly Father. I guess we need to have a heavenly prospective if you will. If we just see with our eyes and hear with our ears and limit it to this we will have a difficult time really believing this Cliff.
To answer your ? I’m with you , I do believe God made us all one when we were all placed into Christ at the cross. Have a good day my friend.

Yes, it’s too bad we humans are more concerned with our own egos, and the drive it creates to “be right” over everything else, including our friends, neighbors, and other loved ones. We want redemption so bad, we’re willing to alienate those around us for the sake of “rightness redemption”. If we are “right” then who can be against us?

Personally, I think God couldn’t care less about whether or not we’re “right”. I think He just wants us to be kind to each other, and include each other into our lives. I think He desires that we become as selfless toward others as He is toward us. Can you imagine a world without selfishness?… a world without egos?… a world without division?

    Wow!

I don’t care if someone brings division against the body, but I don’t care to promote it either. Let them find their way, and let them suffer for the truth. We all had to do it, and for the most part, we still do. But, learning to abandon self, and embrace others, is where we will all come to at some point. I feel sorry for those who struggle, but it seems to be a part of life. It is the process of discovering what is NOT true, so that the truth will become evident. It is the path called “life on planet earth”.

Amen, Cliff. We came from One and will return to One. That is the basis of peace for our world. When we realize that we are all One, from the same source, our differences will fade away. I include myself in those who fail to fully realize our source and our relationship to each other. May we all contemplate our Source and begin that journey toward unity with our Source, God….

When I keep my loyalty with Jesus then I am naturally more accepting and forgiving toward others. It is when I put my allegiance with my beliefs about God or with another individual that I begin to pull away from others. When my eyes are on Christ, it matters very little if someone agrees with me or not. God doesn’t need me to defend Him but when I get caught up in defending that which I believe about Him, I’ve lost my focus upon the person Who unites me to the Father and also to my fellow human beings.

I agree with Bruce that our faith is best expressed by the way we interact with others and not in forming a perfect philosophy and proving it to be correct.

I have been thinking along similar lines. Thanks Cliff for your holding the thought of Connectedness up for us. I feel compelled to explore your other writings further in the near future.

I am reading Lynne McTaggarts The Field, its a scientific history of the unified (zero-point) field theory, whose founders are Einstein and Plank. It’s amazing to see the directions the sciences are moving in regadring unity and connectedness.

And for that person who unhitched their link, I will kharmically make it up by adding your blog to mine …

Thanks nic, I also believe that someday we will understand from science and spirituality that we indeed are connected. Someone has said seeing our connectedness is the beginning of our ability to see the truth.

Good News…………..The person I thought had removed us from their blogroll e-mailed me and told me that our site got removed by accident. That really made me feel good, not because I care about our site being on someone elses site but because I do care about the importance of seeing our connectedness to all. May God help us all to put love first in all our connections.
