    Maybe I’m wrong but I thought what Geo meant was that before we can me free FROM all of the things that cause us unrest, such as the things we don’t like about ourselves or the things we are confused about, we must be free WITH ourselves, just as we are….totally accepting of ourselves, even all of our confusion and those things that displease us about ourselves.

    When we accept the way things are those things lose the power to be destructive to us.

    Just my take on it. Then again, George may be thinking something totally different….but I’m OK with that.

    When I became free from religion I began to feel free with loving all, or maybe I began to be free with loving all which freed me from religion? I don’t know…….chicken or the egg?

    You know most of Christianity says that ‘Jesus will set you free”
    When the truth is Jesus “did” set captivity free. It may seem like semantics to some but it is far from it! In fact it is the difference of THE GOSPEL ie HE DID vs. FALSE GOSPEL He will….

    I take it as I have to acknowledge the freedom to be myself until I can be free from what others think I should be.
