Don, Kevin, and Mindy... you have beautiful hearts. And I'm not sayin that because you agree with me. It is just the truth.

And Geo, you know what I think of you!

Bruce, that was amazing.
"Stop looking at the flesh."
Bruce, You have encouraged me to look deeper. I needed this today:)

Bruce, Beautiful. Thanks. As you point out, when we look with the eye of the spirit we can see that all is love. Even the most strident expressions of anger and bitterness are nothing more than confused and covered up cries for love.

Thanks,
Kevin

Oh, my oh my, what a wonderful post, Bruce! We know where those words came from. I don't think I've ever heard it stated any better.

Did you just try to “save” me?”

The funny thing is when that person understands at heart what you were saying "they will be saved"! Not from a fiery hell but from a mind that is bound by religious thinking. Thanks for this post Bruce.

Peace

Thanks for your kind remarks, guys. It makes me glad when people "get me". Not that I need it really. I'm well settled into this peace. My only hope is that someone will read my out-loud thoughts and find a little piece of peace for themselves.

Funny... when I posted this comment on that blog, the only reaction I got was, "What in the world are you talking about? Did you just try to "save" me?"

That's OK though, seeds are planted. Sometimes that's all we can do.

'Just as God has judged us as "good", judge others as good. Even if they don’t appear to be, give them the benefit of the doubt… because God gave us the benefit of any doubt. He redeemed us to Himself while asking nothing of us. Give others the same gift of incredible love. Forgive and forget. Love deeply. Because you are loved deeply.'

Oooh, yeah! Good stuff.

You guys really have to stop publishing such great posts. It makes the rest of our blogs seems pretty pointless! :-)

"God is Love. If that is the truth, then nothing else matters. If it is not, then nothing else will make any difference. No religion, no doctrine, no faith, no rituals, no ceremonies, no icons, no rites, no stained windows, no flying buttresses, no… well you get the idea."

bang bang you hit the bullseye, thank you for your clarity and insight, once one embraces Being, ultimately expressed as Love, all that other stuff (doctrines, religion, faith etc..) has no where to go but out with the wash, God (Being) as formless mystery shines through,

Bruce, every time you write something I get goose bumbs. I keep praying your job will be so easy and you'll make more money then you need so that you can have more time to just give us all of your great wisdom. I love ya brother.
