We are all Mary

Just as Mary awakened to the child within, I believe we all come to that place in our own hearts. We are all pregnant with the Life of God.

Coming to a realization that we have all received that "breath of heaven" from the beginning of time, releases our minds to an extraordinary connectedness to the Giver of Life. While you enjoy Amy Grant’s beautiful sharing of the depths of God’s companionship, claim the story of the miraculous indwelling for yourself. Center your heart and mind on the understanding that the Creator is living in you and through you. And be prepared to give birth to the manifestation of incredible love, joy, and peace.

"Holy Father, you have come, and chosen me now to carry your Son."

The sign for our age is that a virgin shall be with child. The story of Mary is a picture of us and what is happening to us today. Mary’s name means bitter rebellion. (against the sham and hypocrisy of this world and it’s way of thinking). She was a virgin (we are all virgins because we have not yet birthed our spiritual identity, only our humanity). Mary was betrothed to Joseph (his name means to add or augment). Joseph had a dream and in the dream was a message to Joseph, son of David (well-beloved, loving) not to be fearful because Mary had conceived spiritually and would bear a son whose name would be Jesus (saviour of the world) Imannuel (God with us). Joseph rose from his sleep (he woke up to see with his spiritual eyes), took Mary who rode on a donkey (lacked understanding) to Bethlehem. (the house of abundance especially bread). There was no room at the inn (our head type of thinking is unable to‘see’ these spiritual things), but there was a manger (our hearts) surrounded by the animals (our emotions). There Mary began to labour (those mixed emotions and spiritual aches we have) and a boy child ( of the spirit) was born, and she called his name Jesus, the ‘star’ child. He was the ONE who would rule over the house of Jacob (the flesh) forever. There were shepherds, wakeful – keeping watch over their sheep in the night (darkness – no truth). Suddenly the glory of the Lord shone round about them (they became spiritually aware) and the message of the birth of Jesus was given ( they knew who he was and where he was). Wise men (men who have been watching for this sign) came also bearing gifts – gold (spiritual awareness, clear sky) frankincense (purity) and myrrh (sweet smelling oil). These gifts are the feelings that begin to rise up within your heart as you turn from your humanity (worldly thinking) to your heart (your true identity where Truth resides).

    Audrey,

If all this comes from your brain you have a wonderful, wild imagination! You should put it into book form with the beautiful pictures in conjures up. I would love to have a copy. I mean this as a compliment.

Bruce, I just love that song. It touches the divine deep within me as I know it does you too. Thanks for sharing it.

Audrey, You never cease to amaze me and what you speak whispers to my heart “this is truth”.

What I write is freely available to everyone because the Truth is ‘written on your hearts, and in your mouth’. It’s just a new way of thinking. The day of symbols and ‘this stands for this’ and ‘that stands for that’ is over. It is now the day of REALNESS. We are living on this earth in the day when the truth is lighting up the darkness we’ve been living in. A darkness or a veil that our minds, have put over our hearts. As we turn from that old trained way of thinking to uncover the truth within, speak out /write out those feelings, our hearts will confirm it. We feel the resonance within. Nature around us will confirm it and so will all those stories in the bible – we begin to see them in a higher dimension, raised up, personalised. The same source, the substance of Father is in us all. You too can see all those stories come alive and feed you spiritually! Yes, I’ve been so fortunate in knowing some ‘wise men’ who’ve helped me to ’see’ and discern when I’ve been off in my head (as I’m prone to do) and when I’ve been living from my heart. My desire is to fully live from this dimension here and now, and the promise is to us – this generation. Don’t you feel the bridegroom calling us, the bride, to come and dwell with him? To become ONE with him?

    Audrey,

Very peculiar, why do they live on the edge of a cliff? Your posts sound

like new age thought – who is your favorite author?

Sue. NZ is a young country, young swift rivers carve deep gorges and my friends live overlooking a valley from their home situated on the side of a cliff carved out by the Rangitikei River. It is where they’ve chosen to live physically, but spiritually they live like this also, poised ready to fly. As for your other question, does it really meaningfully matter? I’ve not read any new age thought and don’t follow any thought by any author that I know of. You cannot put me in a pigeonhole. I just look to my heart Sue and want to live more and more from this dimension.

    Audrey,

I am not putting you in a pigeonhole. I can’t put you anywhere. I simply asked you a question wishing to read some of the things that may have inspired you. It certainly is up to you if you share that or not. Just curious like the others who ask where you got your information. I personally have never come across anyone whose thoughts were not inspired by something/someone. I do not think I will ever get to be where you are because I still cannot separate my brain and how brains function and this heart thinking you speak about. All people contemplate information and use it or lose it. I like learning things from others but I’m still OK if I don’t. I am content seeking God thru gathering knowledge from his WORD, my own thoughts and reading/listening to the thoughts of others who sometimes share their sources.

My husband and I were in Christchurch, NZ many years ago and thought it was very beautiful there. I’ve always wanted to revisit. Maybe someday his work will take us there again. In parts of the United States in the west we have “cliff dwellers” of old. Your friends must have a beautiful view of the country around them.

They certainly do Sue, and if you click onto http://www.rivervalley.co.nz you can get an idea of what their view is. They built the Lodge for the Tourist business in the valley but have since passed it on to their children. Christchurch is very familiar to me ‘cos I got most of my education there, though I was born and grew up in Kaikoura, the whale-watching mecca. I do very little reading of books Sue, I’m a practical type with many projects on the go from morn till dusk. This week wine-making from our plum trees, mixing concrete by hand to complete a crazy-paving path around the veggie garden, making enormous pies to have on hand for some of our kids and their families (returning from different parts of the world to spend a couple of weeks holiday together at ‘home’ with us) 8 adults, 9 little kids. If I do begin a book, I can never put it down till it’s finished, and I’m the same with everything I do, get the project between my teeth and worry it till it’s done!
Sue, the reason I didn’t name any authors is that that type of information tends to lead us away from seeing the REAL in each other and puts us back into our heads, or our psyche. You are so close to seeing the kingdom – that wonderful new and powerful dimension that is IN YOU and I want to lead you gently towards that, so you will find your heart’s desire, and not put any stumbling block in your way. i want to encourage you to keep reaching deeper inside for that intimate relationship, rather than wrestling with your mind. Understanding of this realm cannot be found in your mind, and looking to a historical Jesus can’t help you either. The One you are looking for is in you, waiting to be birthed and live through you, does the story of Mary stir your heart? That is the ‘baby’ within you being quickened. It’s all a picture of you Sue, that beautiful love story that will never end.

    Audrey,

It is good to share what we learn. I really enjoy hearing other peoples opinions. I don’t need to agree to learn from their opinions. Discernment is given to all and I like using mine. The story you wrote made me discover my thoughts on the subject. From the “Ancient Hebrew Reseach Center” I have learned that words from bible times were understood in a concrete way, meaning an object was described as verbs ie its function and a person was described for their character, and the Hebrew people were more influenced by eastern thought. Translations into Western thought sometimes loses true meanings. Western objects and people are described as adjectives, ie what they might look like. Many baby name books do describe the name Mary as sea of sorrow or bitterness, etc.. The name Mary seems to come from Egypt influence which is myr meaning Beloved or mr meaning love. This can be found at —–www.behindthename.com/name/mary —–These meanings describe Mary’s character. In the bible a persons name and their story seem to correlate. I also believe Jesus was born flesh into the human family.

Humans are carnal and the shadow of God and were given a brain which holds the mind. The mind is both carnal and spiritual. Good and Evil. Discernment is a gift to ALL. We discern by learning. Jesus was the only human who lived in perfect discernment. We love because he first loved us – Sue
