I have enjoyed every day at lunch and the stories that you tell about how you met your wife and she is your soul mate i know there is no doubt in my mind as to that fact.The days you talked about your children and how you tried to do best for each of them because they are your legacy and your LOVE for them is undeniable.I feel so Blessed to have been touched by you in my life its not very often you meet someone who is genuine in everything they say or do and you are far and between that person.There is not one person here at reid that you have not blessed with them getting to know you.You coming here and getting to know you listening to your laugh the stories of you getting in fights when you were kid and how you got your wife to date you or how you stole the last bite of food right out from someone i will never forget. I AM THANKFUL FOR EVERYDAY I CAN LOVE OR BE LOVED and you make everyone you touch feel that way. I am terribly saddened by this news. I've worked with him at Silgan and I grew up and went to school with Cliff and Bridget. My daughter even had the chance to know Cliff as her bus driver after he left Silgan and was saddened to hear of his illness, saying "he's one of the best bus drivers I had". My heart goes out to all of you and many prayers are offered. If you happen to see this Cliff, I want you to know that everyone who remembers you at Silgan is praying and so is my mother. You are my dads brother and best friend, we love you. Aunt Nancy and all of my loving cousin's... Your family has always been so strong and stuck together through good times and bad. I never met Cliff Hazelbaker II, but I do know his son and daughter in law Bridget and his Grandchildren..Paige, Sammy and Cliffy. They are some of the storngest and most loving, genrerous peope I know. This is a testament to the Hazelbaker Family. Our family is praying for your health and that the Lord make his presence known to you throughout this struggle. How often we have heard joy comes in the morning and as I read "The GRANDson's post", the joy was all over it! it's been a refreshing walk , through this part of our journey, learning that the truth that lived in our hearts but not many men spoke WAS the truth to be believed. We each walk a path, yet we have been blessed to be arm in arm with beloved ones to make a broad way as we tread new directions. I've found friendship to over take family this time in this path, making our friends the ones who understand, love and nurture each other. Our Indiana family has been truly like that, a word, a look, even a pause in conversation being understood. We have all been made strong by the weakness of the next, the link now built hale and hearty, ready to stand. We 've all been through it since our meeting, but have come to the other side unhurt, our faces set On Father and His Ways. And so we will continue. My family in Indiana, Nancy, Cliff, Mindy and All, My heart is praying without ceasing, for the goodness of Father and His wisdom to win the day.
