BoldGrace Forum

Hello friends,

Unless someone objects, I’d like to delete the BoldGrace Forum. It was a good idea, but probably redundant since folks can just post on the blog itself. It’s really not being used, and it’s becoming somewhat of a maintenance problem having to deal with all the spammers who are trying to create user accounts so they can flood the board with their junk. So, unless I hear that you want to keep it, I’ll plan on deleting it one week from today.

Thanks,

Bruce

Utopia is always ours

Update on my travel thru the valley:

I have made my decision to allow this process to go forward in its perfection just as I always knew it would.  I am now firmly convinced that a perfect utopia has never been out of our reach, from the moment of our birth, until we have taken our last breath.  I believe his perfect plan is so strongly based upon the people he chooses to bring into each of our lives and oh how he chose the perfect ones for me!  My family, my friends from youth, and all of the Bold Grace people who have come my way for years.  I feel especially indebted to Mike Williams, Geo Howell, Bruce, Steve, Mike Gross, Connie Laird, Lisa Perry, and a whole bunch of people who do not even know how they have affected my life.  I hope they will keep sharing their heart to a world that needs their heart, not a doctrine, not a church, not a religion, but their heart.   All I have ever tried to share was my heart.  I want to mention Kevin Beck, for his pioneering work in the area of the human heart.  It is the new great frontier!  Bruce is already there.  Hear what he has to say, every word he speaks is like that of God.

Exit and entry into perfection

January 13th 1952, I was born and took my first breath, and i entered into perfection. I entered into life with a perfect god, and a perfect process to take me to the end. Now after 57+ years I have been able to observe that plan of perfection. And it has been glorious. Perfection is a state of being in a perfection faith connected to a perfect Creator. When we are connected to that state of being nothing that comes next will surprise us, and we will live in a constant state of peace and security that cannot be touched by insecurity and circumstances of what we think this world brings to us, because perfection cannot be threatened, imperfection does not exist and there-in lies the true peace of god. We find that perfection, we find our beginning moment once again and we are at peace.

Clouds

Clouds don’t seem to care where they’re going. They are content to follow the directions of the spirit of the air, enjoying the journey as they make their way to their purpose. Though they are unaware of their desination or their purpose as they travel along, they find themselves eventually called upon to join forces and deliver liquid life to the earth. Often exhausted, they whither and die, having given all of themselves in doing their work. But, as those clouds die, others are reborn from their seed to carry on the purpose.

Without Faith

Without Faith it is impossible to please God.

My thoughts on this coming soon.

Reincarnation for the Christian?

I strongly recommend the book "REINCARNATION FOR THE CHRISTIAN" by Quincy Howe Jr.

I don’t recommend it because I want or even care if others believe in reincarnation or NOT.  I recommend it because it offers people of honest thought the chance to exercise their free thinking ability.

You may say "Hey Cliff, I already do that".  But do you really or have you just bought into to what the Christian experts tell you is the correct history of Christianity.

According to Howe and many others there was quite the discussion going in the first five centuries about the possibility of reincarnation.

Origen of Alexandria was born around 184 AD and died in 253, probably as the direct result of his imprisonment & torture for his faith.  He was a dedicated teacher,a faithful follower of Jesus Christ, and a strong believer in reincarnation.

You see like many since the early times of the church anyone who dared to have an original thought was persecuted and often put to death unless they fell in line with the accepted wisdom of the day.

Did you also know that during the first five centuries the predominant thought was universal salvation for all until the powers that be decided they needed a HELL to keep people in line.

There have been many thoughtful and honest christians of thought down through the centuries that  believed in reincarnation but did not dare share their hearts out of fear.

What I like about this book is that Howe doesn’t try to prove anything.  He just shares some of the thoughts of great men of our past that believed in reincarnation and why.

The day of closed minds ended with the internet.  Now, anyone who really wants to investigate the questions of their heart can do so without feeling the fear that comes with doubting the status quo.

Allow me to quote a few words from the back cover of this interesting book:

Can one believe in the concept of reincarnation and remain a Christian.  The answer according to Dr Howe (a christian scholar) is: ABSOLUTELY!

To back up his claim, Dr. Howe cites chapter and verse from the bible that clearly indicates an understanding and acceptance of the rebirth theory.

Dr. Quincy Howe, Jr. is a graduate of Harvard, Columbia and Princeton Universities.  He received his Ph.D. while at Princeton.

All I want people who read this post to do is to realize that we have all been lied to over and over through the centuries by those who would force us to believe or be lost.  God gave all of us wonderful minds and hearts to help us find our way, and I don’t think He ever intended for a only a few to make all the decisions on matters of FAITH.

I’m sure many Christians out there will say that they now have the liberty to really speak their mind in church, and I really hope that is becoming more true, but I still think we have a long way to go.

I do have great hope for the future of open minded Christians because with the age of the internet there will be NO going back to the dark ages where only a few decide what we should believe.

If you don’t believe in reincarnation now, don’t worry about it, YOU WILL BELIEVE IN IT IN THE NEXT LIFE………ha ha

My Essence!

Prov 22:1-2
A good name is more desirable than great riches; to be esteemed is better than silver or gold.  Rich and poor have this in common: The Lord is the Maker of them all.

The essence of who I am is not in my earthly name. I am very proud of my name because I was named after my Dad, a man that taught me so much about this life and gave me the tools I needed to face the difficulties that come with this journey we are all on.

I would define my essence to be more the result of a slow transformation that has been ongoing ever since I took that first breath of air. My present state of being is quite peaceful because I feel in touch with my true essence. My true essence has nothing to do with who gave birth to me or who was my earthly father, but rather it is the awakening to the DIVINE ESSENCE that lies within us all. What is it that we ALL HAVE IN COMMON?   THE LORD IS THE MAKER OF US ALL!

You see, my true name is more precious then silver or gold because my true name is GOD’S SON. Now I might be son number 1,000,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 but it doesn’t matter because anyway you want to define me I still have the same DNA as SON number ONE.

I know that when I leave this clay body behind that I won’t be taking with me anything that I collected while on this journey as far as material things, but what I will be taking with me is the knowledge of WHO I AM.

I AM THE CHILD OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE.

If that’s the only thing I learned on this journey it is enough. I believe I will live again in some other body. Maybe an earthly one or some other that I can’t even imagine, but in either case I am excited to face what is next because I know a LOVE that has, does, and will always be what defines who I really am.

I get up each new day and feel the warmth of this LOVE giving me strength to face whatever the day may hold.  I am not afraid.  Even in the midst of all the chaos that is present in the current human race I still feel great joy because I KNOW who WE really are.  I know that every last one of us is a CHILD OF UNCONDITIONAL LOVE and sooner or later each separate person will GET IT and when that finally happens the earth will sing a new song and great JOY will fill all that IS.

Rom 8:18-19
I consider that our present sufferings are not worth comparing with the glory that will be revealed in us.
The creation waits in eager expectation for the sons of God to be revealed.

My call to all my fellow travelers is to RELAX and wake up to who you really are.  Being in touch with your true essence is the most important knowledge you will ever know.

I don’t wish for people to know peace.  I wish for them to know who they really are and then peace will be their’s for a multitude of lifetimes.

What Keeps Us From Seeing Clearly?

We are all so clouded in our spiritual vision. What causes this? Maybe the better question is "What will help us see more clearly?

I would love to think religion could help us out but my experience tells me that is not so.  In fact, every time I get around an ultra religious person I sense darkness that wants to overshadow any ability to see clearly.

I can’t answer for others but for me "SEEING MORE CLEARLY" has been a result of a lot less talking and a lot more listening.

I think we block real listening when we are consumed with talking so much.  I have come to believe that this earthly experience we are all in has built within it very clear messages that are clear and constant for all who will LISTEN.

I guess the next logical question is "What makes us all talk so much?"

I can’t speak for others but for me it was the need to be right, and to be right I had to make sure everyone agreed with me, and to get everyone to agree with me I had to convince them and to convince them I had to talk a lot.

I found that once I gave up the need to be right I no longer felt the need to talk so much and then I found my self listening a lot more.

Now I listen to the sound of life all around me.  The birds sing sweeter.  I cry much easier over the silliest of things.  I even wonder if my dogs are really angels that can talk but won’t break their cover knowing they will blow my mind.  Oh, the things I find myself imagining now that I’ve quit talking so much.

It feels so good to trust in this experience we are all a part of.  It feels so peaceful to know that my contribution is not nearly as important as my observation.  I am becoming an observer.  A  observer doesn’t judge or try to make life follow their pattern of belief.  A  observer observes and learns.

What I have found from being a better observer is that I love deeper, I feel with more intensity, and I trust what is coming next with a greater sense of excitement.
